Do not register an account on behalf of another person. Accounts must only be used by the person whose details were used during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. pak44 will never contact you by email, chat or any other channel to ask for your password.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact pak44 support immediately. pak44 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification. However, pak44 cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the member has shared or failed to protect their login credentials.
You may request closure of your pak44 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure — net of active bonus amounts — will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their outcome in the normal way.
pak44 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, involved in fraudulent activity, or operating in a way that harms the integrity of the platform. In the event of closure due to breach, any bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited.
pak44 accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion applied.
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no deposit fee charged by pak44. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside pak44's control. You are responsible for checking any fees your payment provider applies before initiating a deposit.
JazzCash and Easypaisa mobile wallet deposits are typically confirmed within a few minutes of submission. Raast transfers and bank deposits are generally processed on the same day. In rare cases involving banking system delays, processing may take longer. pak44 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
pak44 may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits depending on the payment method and your account status. Members who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits will have those limits applied regardless of the payment method used. Limits are visible in your account settings.
All PKR deposits are credited directly to your pak44 real-money balance. No intermediary conversion or holding periods apply to standard deposits.
Withdrawals are available to all verified pak44 members. Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete account verification. This is a standard process and does not affect your ability to continue playing while verification is underway.
Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Members at higher VIP tiers benefit from faster processing: Gold tier members receive 6-hour processing, Platinum members receive 3-hour Express processing, and Diamond members receive instant withdrawals. Processing times refer to pak44's internal handling time and do not include any additional time added by your bank or payment provider.
Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds are returned to their source. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There are no withdrawal fees applied by pak44, though your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
If you have an active bonus on your account, the associated wagering requirement must be met in full before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your pak44 account and the name on your payment account must match. Mismatches will cause delays and may require additional documentation.
The welcome bonus is available to new members on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus percentage and maximum amount are stated on the Promotions page. To qualify, the deposit must meet the minimum stated amount and the member must not have previously held a pak44 account. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement which must be completed within the stated time limit.
All bonuses on pak44 are subject to wagering requirements. The wagering requirement is applied to the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, where stated) and must be completed using qualifying bets before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit are stated clearly on each promotion.
Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting and Live Casino games typically contribute at different rates to slots and instant games. The contribution breakdown is listed in the terms of each individual promotion. Bets placed on games not listed as eligible do not count towards wagering progress.
pak44 does not tolerate bonus abuse. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the qualifying period and credited as stated — refer to each promotion for full terms on cashback calculation, minimum loss thresholds and any wagering requirement attached to cashback credits.
During Pakistan Super League seasons and major international cricket events, pak44 may run additional promotions including odds boosts, enhanced accumulators and special event markets. These promotions carry their own individual terms, which are published at the time the promotion is made available. Boosted odds are applied at the time of bet placement and are not applied retroactively.
pak44 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. In such cases, bets already placed under a promotion's terms prior to any change will be honoured under the original terms.
Bets are accepted and confirmed at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the member except where a cash-out option is available and the member exercises it before the event concludes. You are responsible for checking your bet slip before confirming any wager.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and event. These are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. pak44 reserves the right to apply individual stake limits to specific accounts or markets where necessary to manage risk.
pak44 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: where a bet was placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a pricing error or system fault; where an event is cancelled or abandoned and no result is determined; where there is evidence that the result of an event was manipulated; or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets have the stake returned to the member's balance.
Cricket betting on pak44 covers Pakistan Super League (PSL) fixtures, T20 international matches, bilateral series and ICC events. Specific rules apply to cricket markets — for example, a match must complete a minimum number of overs for certain markets to be settled. These market-specific rules are available in the betting lobby under each event's market description.
Live in-play betting markets are suspended automatically during key moments in a match — for example during wicket reviews, over changes, or while a result is being confirmed. Any bets placed immediately before a suspension that appear to have been placed with the benefit of advance knowledge of the outcome may be voided at pak44's discretion.
In the event of a technical fault affecting the betting system, pak44 will review affected bets and settle them fairly where a clear result exists. Where no clear result can be determined due to a fault, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. pak44 is not liable for losses arising from system outages, connectivity issues on the member's side, or delays in data feeds.
The pak44 Game Lobby and Live Casino offer a range of titles provided by third-party software suppliers. Game availability may change from time to time as titles are added or removed. pak44 is not responsible for any disappointment arising from the removal of a specific game title.
In the event of a game malfunction — whether in a slot, instant game or Live Casino session — the game round affected is void and the stake is returned. pak44 will not pay out winnings from a game round that has been affected by a verified technical fault.
